Design that defies expectations in the iconic destination of Dubai.

The breathtaking design of W Hotel – The Palm, celebrates the evolution of one the most dynamic city in the world thanks also to the use of the Orsoni Venetian Smalti.

The architecture of this building is inspired by the organic and natural curves of the sand dunes and of the shorelines, perfectly matching the geometric lines of the city’s skyscrapers.

This magic of shapes comes to life through the endless smalti tesserae that decorate the wall.

The design represents abstract and wild leaves reflecting the golden sun of the desert skyline.

The decors of the reception, one with bright colors and one with the sand tones, are made with the traditional technique of Venetian Smalti, by cutting the smalti into many different pieces.

The result is a unique and modern design.

The project has been curated in a vivid and lively style, like the spirit of the city itself, and it combines design and tradition at the same time.
